ik heb een soortgelijke dongle maar dan op bluetooth icm torq op mijn smartfoon, werkt prima.

Of het werkt hangt van het bouwjaar van je 3L af denk ik.

Jep, oudere types met oude ecu's zal niet werken.

D.w.z. bouwjaar < 2001 waarbij het niet gaat werken, toch? Is het trouwens aan de aansluiting te zien, welke OBD versie je hebt? Heb al "gepledged", ben benieuwd!

De oude 3L' s hebben het KW 1281 protocol en die staat niet in dat lijstje. Helaas.

Welk protocol gebruiken de nieuwere dan?

ISO 9141-2 (motorcode AYZ). Als ik de gegevens van jouw auto goed zie dan moet dat kunnen.
