Which parts are missing?

I've just removed the centre console to get access to fit new handbrake cables and found that someone else has been playing!!



The heater controls were held in with cable ties

I presume that there are parts missing?

You are missing a black plastic frame which can be taken from any Lupo at a breakers.

The other thing that I noticed is that the heater control lights don't work.

I can see one bulb, behind the fan speed knob in the centre but where are the rest?
